3- Endoscopic Excision of Clivus Tumors
Video 16 demonstrates Endoscopic Excision of Clivus Epidermoid Cyst in 65 years male.
The lesion eroded most of the clivus including the sellar floor, the lateral walls opposite the carotid arteries (showing calcified atheromatous walls) and the posterior wall with cyst resting directly on the basilar artery.
